Mark Turner portraitMark Turner photographed his first house back in 1961 when he was 7 years old. It was hardly a professional image, but he has kept learning, growing, and getting better ever since.

Since 1994 Mark has been a full-time photographer based in Bellingham, Washington. For most of those 22 years his clients were primarily national book and magazine customers who sought his artful images of gardens, the natural world, and native plants.

Mark is a Certified Professional Photographer and his work has received numerous awards.

He lives on five acres between Bellingham and Ferndale with his wife and business partner, Natalie McClendon. He photographs family portraits, high school seniors, pets, and business headshots in his studio or on location. Visit the Turner Photographics website for information about portraits.
